CERATECH - HBC FOR ROOFS
This product was developed decades ago, using early NASA technology, and modified for metal roofs and metal substrates, such as IBR and Steel substrates. This product has also been used extensively for Ceramic, Cement and Slate Roof Tiles , as well as for Wooden and other structures, not naming all. The standard colours we offer are White and Light Grey. Understandably, White, with its own added reflective qualities, gives the highest lowering of the temperature inside a structure, but Light Grey with its slight silver reflections has pleased our clients for being very effective and yet allowing for what they consider a more aesthetic preference, for instance in Private Homes or Security Estates. Coverage is approximately 40 sqm per 20L drum for the required 2 coats. (Roof and sheeting profile should be taken into account during calculation of amount of paint required.)
CERATECH-HBC HH200
CERATECH HH200 for Hot Pipes, housing heated substances – or Containers used as classrooms or special project structures, such as i.a. Laboratories or Nursery Extensions. CERATECH HH200 is also excellent for Tanks carrying heated goods as well as for pipes that should NOT be heated, so as to prevent injury in the first instance, or to preserve goods that should NOT be heated beyond a certain temperature, as i.a in syrups and petrol respectively. Tanks may be located outdoors or indoors. We supply professional information for each individual application, bringing years of expertise into play. By special request we have introduced 5L drums of HH200 for smaller applications, such as delivery van roofs or dog kennels. Coverage is 2 Sq meters per litre of coating.
CERATECH-HBC FOR WALLS
CERATECH INSULCOAT FOR WALLS – As we have shown, Conducted Heat has a large impact inside any structure, even where radiated heat is controlled. To add greatly to the cooling effect, however, it is therefore an excellent recommendation to coat Walls with our High quality CERATECH-HBC INSULCOAT for walls. Please note, this pleasing paint gives far greater coverage than our roof coating and makes it very economical price-wise, when compared to any other sheen-type paints, despite the fact that it also has ceramic beads in the formulation. You would get approximately 70 sq meter coverage from a 20L drum, giving the 2 required coats of paint.
